I don't watch my weight, so I eat whenever I'm hungry. I'm skinny, and I have a hard time gaining weight.
How about you?

I make a meal every day, but I don’t eat too many meals since I usually just have lunch and dinner.
I also tend to have a snack or two in the late afternoon or after dinner.
The benefits of skipping breakfast is that there are certain calories and fats which your body accumulated and it will be so easy for the calories to work in the morning than other time.I've seen a couple of people talk about missing breakfast. Is there a particular benefit that such an attitude always brings to the table?

If you consider coffee to be a meal, then it’s my breakfast.😉
I generally drink coffee with sugar and creamer. I don’t eat anything else with it. I’d say the sugar and creamer could count as a breakfast though.Coffee is definitely breakfast, especially when you add some slices of bread to it. I won't consider it as breakfast if it is just a glass of water.
