How often do you make something to eat?

I eat whenever I get hungry when I'm at home, though when I'm at work I can't eat until it's break or lunch. I tend to get hungry throughout the day but I don't want to bring snacks with me since I'm a messy eater and would get crumbs all over my work station. Since I extract checks, I wouldn't want to accidentally drop food on the machine or have food particles land on the checks lol. Since I work early my lunch is at 9:30 am but I get off work at 12:30 so I have a meal directly after work too and call it my second lunch.

I've seen a couple of people talk about missing breakfast. Is there a particular benefit that such an attitude always brings to the table?
The benefits of skipping breakfast is that there are certain calories and fats which your body accumulated and it will be so easy for the calories to work in the morning than other time.

Eating in the morning will cause dull activities of these calories.

It is good to know that you have a healthy attitude toward food. For myself I can’t say that I have had personal experiences but I must admit that cooking and preparing meals is good to past time.

Do you mean that you don't see anything big in cooking? That is what I am trying to understand because I find cooking as a big deal.
To me cooking is easy, for instance preparing a sandwich or noodles. Most of the time I prepare simple meals about five times a week.

What are some of your favorite noodles?

What do you like to put in your sandwich?

I’m just not a fan of eating breakfast. I’ve been eating two meals a day for the past 10 years.

If you consider coffee to be a meal, then it’s my breakfast.😉

Coffee is definitely breakfast, especially when you add some slices of bread to it. I won't consider it as breakfast if it is just a glass of water.

I generally drink coffee with sugar and creamer. I don’t eat anything else with it. I’d say the sugar and creamer could count as a breakfast though.

I just eat lunch and breakfast. Do you drink coffee as well?

Coffee is not tea for it to be eaten with something else. It's tea I would take with either bread, fried or boiled eggs.
