How are you feeling today?

My legs are a little sore.

But, my middle toe on my right foot is what is more concerning. I hope that it's not turning into a stress fracture. I'll hit the treadmill one last time, and if it still hurts, I'll do low impact cycling or that leg swinging machine to give it time to heal up.

I've been trying to burn 600 calories every 2 days at the gym with just cardio... I assume I'm burning 200-400 with my workout, but even more afterward from growth and recovery, so probably in total about 1200-1500 calories every 2 days. I'm trying to get down to 6-8% body fat again before I decide to bulk up, unless I like my size that cut.
 
Thank you bro. I got better on Sunday. The pills worked, I didn't have to go see a doctor but I'm still observing myself just to be sure. Headaches are a symptom of something not being right.

Yes bro, everything went well and I feel so much better.

I'm glad to hear Texas weather is starting to treat you guys nicely. It's a very hot region. I can't survive there because of its heat.
 
I’m feeling a bit better today. One of my buddies recently passed away, but I said my final goodbyes at his memorial over the weekend.

A little tired. I woke up at 0730 today and usually take a nap, but haven't today. So, I'll probably call it quits in about an hour or two.
Try and get that nap if you're feeling it in your body that it's needed. It will help you feel better afterwards.

I'm feeling all good. I've not stressed or tensed up today which is a very good thing.

I usually take a daily nap cause I cram so much work into the first 4 hours of the day that I'm mentally exhausted after lunch.

I typically don't take breaks, unless I'm called away for something. I'm in the zone the entire 4 hours.
 
Today was a little stressful. I left home very early for some stuffs. But hey! Hustling is real and a must for everyone.
