Do you do more of sitting or standing at work?

I think that the good thing about his work is that it is flexible because there are times in the work when he would have to sit down and there are times when he will have to stand up and walk about with the deliveries that he have to make.

It's an exciting job to have. I wouldn't mind having that kind of job because it will afford me time in between to enjoy resting when we are on the road trip.

He has many opportunities to sit for some time and whenever he's going for deliveries, he has the opportunity to stand and stretch his bones.

Yes, that's how it should be for him. If he's also someone who isn't honest, he will cut off about an hour or so for himself and tag it being on the road.

I do more sitting when I am working as I work on a computer.
I do try get up and walk round as much as I can so I am not sat down all day.

To be honest, I will always like to take or cut off an hour if I'm the one on the road. I will try to take some time and find a relaxing place and stretch my legs. I will tell the boss that the road was congested when I am back😂.

My job requires me to sit. So I consider taking regular breaks to stand up, stretch, and move around.

I always try as much as possible to make myself comfortable whenever I am working because it is the only way I can be very productive.

Those who are working as freelancers always have the choice to do whatever they want when they want. They can sit or stand up at will and no one will ask them any silly questions.
 
As a programmer I have to sit for 8 hours (work from home) and on top of all of it I actually spend my free time on computer doing something else. So yeah, it's not good for my health 😀
But I would like to spend time outside as much as possible however others also work and can't quite do that.

I can't understand why some business establishments wouldn't put it more efforts in giving their workers a better working environment? This when it's provided for, makes business to go smoothly.

Some companies just need their own pockets. They don't care about the employees. That's why I used to tell people not to overwork themselves because everybody is replaceable.

True. Never try killing yourself for any business because they will never value you. They will replace you immediately you can't deliver for them again.

And the truth of the matter is that there are more people out there praying that you lose that job which some employers always use it as an advantage to do whatever they like.

I will always pray that God will make a way for most employees. Most of them are seeing hell at their workplace, and it is never really fair on them. I wouldn't want to work at a place where I don't get the right support from the employer.
