Will AI steal jobs from from web developers?

I don’t think AI will steal jobs from actual creators. It will never replace programmers and artists.
It’s only helping those that aren’t actual creators and that’s something to be worried about.

You can’t take real creativity away from anyone and that’s something that AI’s lack. The real ness and authenticity of humans will always produce better results than an AI will.

Wayfair recently announced plans to expand its use of generative AI while cutting 340 tech jobs, signaling a growing trend of companies automating human tasks. This shift highlights the increasing reliance on AI-driven efficiencies in the business world. Mark Muro, senior fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Metropolitan Policy Program, joined The Daily Report to discuss the implications of AI adoption, its impact on the workforce, and the broader economic effects of automation.

What are your thoughts on the latest announcement from Wayfair?

I don't believe AI can replace web developers. While it's true you can get AI to write code for you, someone still needs to make tweaks to said code for it to work properly.

Yea I've been using Chatgpt to help me with some coding and good lord is he an idiot... they need alot more work with it before humans arent useful
