What has really improved your mental health?

Yeah, taking care of your diet and being cautious of what you eat is another measure to be mentally stable. Eating everything that pass your way is another way to kill yourself and degrade your mental health.
What we eat and drink determines our health 99% of the time. It's why I don't take what I eat lightly because I know it can kill or keep me alive and healthy for a long time.

I have a doctor that I am following his posts on his status. Of all the food I am eating, I thought I was doing it well but after reading some of his articles, I realized that I am not doing good at all in terms of food. Some months are now better than the past years because of what I consumed.

If fail to find something or anything to do with your time, something off will find you to deal with you. It's how demon possession works. They attack what's or who's empty.
Why is it that something positive never find an idle man?. Sometimes, I have a deep thinking about that quote. Demons shouldn't attack someone who's occupied with work but those ones with idle and stagnant mind, have themselves to blame.

It's like I have explained. They are looking for someone idle and empty to take a hold of. It's why I try as much as possible to find something doing always.

The good thing to take from this is that you're following the right path to getting it right. It's never too late to do the right thing.

My screen time have usually been off the roof. I'm trying as much as possible to cut it down because I know for sure it's going help not just mental health but general health.
