We're looking for a talented in-house designer to join our team and help bring our vision to life visually across all platforms.

Role Overview: We are seeking a creative, experienced, and passionate designer who can craft visually compelling assets that resonate with our audience. As the in-house designer, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure our visual identity is cohesive, engaging, and effective across our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce digital assets for social media, website, and promotional campaigns (graphics, banners, posts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure design alignment with brand messaging.
  • Design visual elements for new website features, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing layouts.
  • Create templates and assets for consistent use across platforms.
  • Maintain brand consistency while bringing new creative ideas to the table.
  • Assist in creating event and marketing materials, both digital and print.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas into SWC’s visual content.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your design skills, creativity, and understanding of sports and/or wrestling culture.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of web design principles is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction and feedback.
Bonus:

  • Experience in video editing or animation.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices in design.
