It's very hard. I can't do it. My stomach will keep grumbling all day if I should try only fruits either for breakfast or lunch or dinner.
Lmao. I've tried it a few times. It takes your body a week or two to fully adjust to a new diet. It's really hard to do it though.

Drinking a couple cups of water can help with grumbling as it'll make you feel full.
 
I always find something new to prepare especially when I want to impress someone. If I'm short of ideas, I use online recipes.
