Headache is also very difficult to deal with, especially when it is a result of stress. I hope you get better soon and feel good today.

I hope you're feeling better today? I do take pills for my headache when it's too painful. Sudex always works for me. I didn't sleep well last night, I hope to get a nap during the day.

I am feeling tired and in some pain today. Trying to push through so that I can chill out tonight.

I am feeling a little better thank you. Had an MRI scan just this past Saturday and waiting on results as the headaches I have been getting are not normal.

Still feel sick, at that point of a cold where it just needs to get out of my body but in a sticky way of doing it.

The plans I have for today is to watch what's going to be a very tough match between Bournemouth and Liverpool in the English Premier League today. Bournemouth is very good at home.
And, also, I will be going see my mother shortly after watching the EPL match to know how she's feeling this morning and her recovery journey.

The UFC fights started early today, but I’ll probably miss them. I’ll watch the highlights though.
