This is one of the reasons I don't make major changes to my tech stuff. I would always focus on staying safe and using it the way that it was meant to be used.
Unless it's paramount to change the smartphone, that's only when it's necessary to do so. If it's not, upgrading it is like throwing money away.
 
It was Motorola C117 that was my first mobile phone.

My dad had this phone then😂. He won't allow us to touch saying that it's his hard earned money and if he allow us, we will spoil the phone for him. We decided to leave the phone when my mom gave us hers to play with though we are extra careful because of what dad said.

The phone is as strong as Nokia 3310 of then. It wouldn't damage even if it fell from a 3 story building. It's how durable the phone was.
