😂 I'm right there with you! Sometimes it feels like our brains expect us to be able to transform into someone new overnight starting. To be honest, it's really a battle field and it isn't easy at all.

It's never always easy. The mind is ready but the body is weak because breaking a habit is very difficult 😂 😂
