No, but I am disabled and on disability and can no longer work. I have been disabled for 24 years now.

I work for fast food. However, I'd like to eventually develop my forums so I can make money from a hosting affiliate program. Anyway, it will take a lot of cash and/or hard work to get that going.

Being self employed can be pretty difficult at times. There are moments you would want to say enough is enough and there are times you will be happy with the benefits of not working for anyone.

You can combine doing both till you are sure that you can take your forum to a better ground. That is something that is very important. You need to eat before you can continue earning.

Working in a restaurant is very challenging because if the restaurant is something that gets a lot of people walking in to eat and buy takeaways, it is going to be time consuming for you to have a rest.

My job's really not that tough. I do dishes and clean. The dishes are nowhere compared to a fancy restaurant.

That would be awesome if that ever happened to me. But I don't expect it to and I run my forum for fun and as a hobby.

My mentor will say that being self-employed doesn't make one his or her own boss as you will still be under the control of certain factors such as government policy. However, it is better to be building your castle than helping another person build his.

It's better to know that you have to only worry about the government policies and procedures while having your own business then to be working for another person and depend on what he or she pays you.

I am self employed and it gives me freedom to decide the direction of my own life and responsibilities. I love the flexibility because I independently establish my work hours and dedicate myself to work on projects which truly interest me.

Government policy can never make a boss to be under them. Those certain factors are just there to put things in order. Besides, it's never a bad thing to help another build their castle till you are ready to build yours because you will still need people. Working under somebody might be for the pay but the best thing there is to gather experiences.

$100 is no where near being able to take care of yourself and all the other expenses coming your way. Having more income streams is very important in your case.
