Are you a picky eater?

Yes, with time you get used to it and not test it as being bitter again. Mothers have their influence over their kids it's difficult to refuse what they tell you as kids.
I am trying every possible means to see the vegetables as something that I can eat without feeling the bitterness or squeezing my face. How I wish she's still here to be telling me what and what I need to do. Mother's are really trying, that I know.
 
I don't have a high metabolic rate and I have a soft stomach. If I eat too much vegetables, I'll start experiencing running stomach.
If it's happening to you this way, then you should be very careful with what you are eating because you will most likely have yourself landed in a very serious problem if you're not watchful of whatever you are eating.

It's why I eat everything in moderation right now. I know how ugly it becomes whenever I over eat and I don't like how that makes me feel.

Eating in moderation and in a good portion can help one to maintain their health. Careless eating and eating everything one see can cause as many problems or health issues to the person. I am also watching my weight and taking my health seriously by avoiding as many junkies as possible.

When I was getting fatter, I don't used to eat more often because I thought it was food that's making me to be heavier. I was focusing on junk foods thinking that it is an easier way to slim down until I got the information that junks food is the enemy to our health and since then, I have been cutting them down.

Imagine cutting off eating healthy food while thinking that's your problem without know it's the other junk that's giving you serious issues. I'm glad you found out on time and stopped it.

I'm glad that I found out earlier. I love my body shape now. I am not fat neither am I too thin. I can say I am moderate and I am so free from the heavy weight I always feel in my heart whenever I take a long walk.

I wouldn't that I am a picky eater, I will eat almost everything without issue but if there is something I really don't like, I will avoid it.

It is very important that you make sure to stick to the diet plan you are on right now so that you are going to maintain your stature because this is a very good way for you to keep being healthy.

Yeah, I will sure do that. I love my stature right now. My diet plan isn't that hard, it's so easy. I'm just mindful of what I eat or drink and also taking enough water to avoid being dehydrated.
 
I'm not much of a picky eater but there is some foods that I just won't eat.
Most foods I do enjoy and eat though.
 
I do have specific preferences but j don't have dietary restrictions. Also, I'm always open to trying new dishes.
