To be honest with you, I didn't know anything about Adopt Me, but based on the statistics you provided, the user base within the ROBLOX platform is quite impressive. I mean, an active user of 1 million in a day is a staggering figure and it tells us more about its popularity.I will go with Adopt Me as the most popular pet site game right now. The being within within the Roblox platform paved way for its success since it was launched 2017. Its daily active users is normally more than 1 million. No other pet site games comes close to that number.
Adopt me is also at risk of shutting down for violating a Trademark. So, it'll be interesting to see what happens in this court case. They may be forced to rebrand or worse shut down if they're unable to beat the lawsuit.I will go with Adopt Me as the most popular pet site game right now. It'll really be hard for anyone to surpass Neopets, but a lot of pet sites are slowly gaining on them. In fact, Flight Rising, Lioden, Wolvden, Marapets, Subeta, Webkinz all have a rising users base. Neopets hasn't attracted new users in quite sometime, so they're mainly focusing on attracting new users via the use of merchandise.I think the most popular pet site is a matter of debate. Neopets has a loyal fan base, with hundreds to thousands of members online at peak times and so are other pet sites too. It's hard to pinpoint a single most popular site.

Flight Rising and Lioden both average over 1k-3k users online at any given moment, Neopets doesn't exactly display how many players are actively playing at the same time frame. Their stats are only discussed by their ceo. According to a former developer, Neopets is also living on borrowed time. They haven't really been focused on introducing new features, but just pay to win features, which is infact a major issues. Without new things, it'll be tough for a game to survive in this day in age.
