How do you sleep at night?

Most nights I sleep well. Sundays I tend to get less sleep. I have a hard time falling asleep.

I always have a hard time getting enough sleep or even to sleep some nights. I suffer from fibromyalgia and that can lead to a lack of sleep due to pain.

I can always tell when I get a good night sleep as I feel much better in a morning when I wake compared to when I had a bad night.

I just got a new med for my depression and I tell you what, I sleep like a rock. A bomb could go off and I wouldn't even know lol.

Well, if you call it sleeping good for just roughly 3 to 4 hours every night, that's what I got. I don't have any nightmares or something but I don't just get enough sleep every damn day.

This is not good enough. You should better look into your sleeping properly because this can increase your chances of being hypertensive.

I've been sleeping a little bit better over the past 2 weeks and it's something that I'm very happy about because I always wake up feeling very good in the morning.

My kitchen sink pipe started leaking last night, I didn't find out. I woke up early this morning to pee and saw that water almost everywhere in my kitchen. I missed out my early morning sleep as a result of this.

Some nights I do sleep good but others I don't.
For the past week or 2, sleep hasn't been the greatest due to Covid but usually I sleep through the night's.
