This is strange. What were they expecting? Anyway, my job is filled with mundane tasks, that's pretty much all of it, but I do interesting stuff on my time off. Well, what does it matter if you're getting paid for it? How are these Gen Z people surviving when they are so pampered.? I don't get it. I'm thinking they live off their parents. One explanation is that Gen Z workers often reject corporate life, especially when it comes to tasks they see as unimportant. Tech entrepreneur Joe Procopio noted in a recent Inc. editorial that many young workers are frustrated with being assigned mundane tasks instead of meaningful work.
