One explanation is that Gen Z workers often reject corporate life, especially when it comes to tasks they see as unimportant. Tech entrepreneur Joe Procopio noted in a recent Inc. editorial that many young workers are frustrated with being assigned mundane tasks instead of meaningful work.
This is strange. What were they expecting? Anyway, my job is filled with mundane tasks, that's pretty much all of it, but I do interesting stuff on my time off. Well, what does it matter if you're getting paid for it? How are these Gen Z people surviving when they are so pampered.? I don't get it. I'm thinking they live off their parents.

People seem to wrongly believe that Generation Z members have everything handed to them. A lot is really going on with them. From fighting everyday to find work that matches both their professional skills to their personal goals. It's a lot!

As long as they’re working and able to provide, I don’t see the issue.

Being pampered by their parents isn’t a problem either. If a parent wants to do that for their kid, that’s their duty as that’s their child.

Everyone’s situation is different. Some might have more support, but ultimately, what matters is how they use it.
