Whiplash - Who has suffered from it?

I got that recently at work. It's a real pain because I need to get rid of it, and work is possibly on Thursday. Well, I can't do the work if I have it because it's possible that I would stack chairs or do something more physical than janitorial stuff.

Anyway, the whiplash is affecting my upper arm and neck and it's not all the time, but sometimes it pops up bad, like when I try to get out of bed.

I remember when I was younger, I was travelling in the car with my mum, grandma, and brothers and someone rear-ended my grandma which caused quite a jolt and resulted in me getting slight whiplash. Even slight is no fun at all.
