What's The Overhypyed Virtual Pet Game?

Ever since I was little, I've preferred Nintendogs. When this game initially came out it seemed decent yet enjoyable until the whole hype surrounding it became excessive. Despite its simple 'pet simulator' gameplay mechanics the game received massive attention from players overall. I put many hours into that game and I eventually become bored with it.

Based on my experience in the virtual pet gamr world, the virtual pet game people over hyped is My Singing Monsters. Though it might be entertaining with the numerous updates and fresh features it introduced but the hype in this game is just too much.
