What frugal tips do you have for shoppers?

Some of my tips are to discover when the meat department marks down their meats and try to make it to the store at that time. I have learned at my store that Tuesday mornings by 8AM is the best time to get the manager's special meats. I buy what I can and put them in the freezer, saving me probably $25-50 each trip.

I would have to say that one of my tips for shoppers would be to learn the timings for when they lower the food prices that is close to it's best before date.

I learnt the timing by my mother. She make a list and stick to it whenever she went to market, she always buy in bulk and always go every wednesday when when stuffs are very low. I learnt this from her and it has been helping me

It has happened to me several times that I kept my ATM at home. I was attracted to a very nice dress and the more I am looking at it, the more I love it. But because of the issue of ATM card, I didn't get it. I later realized that not getting it that time was even for my own good.

Even me too. I don't like to send someone to buy things for me. I always feel that they can't get the best for me. I can get the best for anybody if ever someone send me to the market.
