Hello! I am looking for a site programmer for a new site, along with a couple item and creature artist(s) that can help with drawing and designs (I'm a full-time college student and employee, so having some support would help a lot).

Basic Site Needs:
Shops
Currency
Profiles/Log-Ins
Creature/Sprite Storage Area aka “Home”
Ability to grow sprites and breed them
Genetics for creatures/sprites (for breeding)
Explore Area for collecting sprites, items, and currency
An ability for sprites to be auto-generated colors/types
A Library “Beastapedia” tab/storage for users to access
An Item Library/Directory
Events and Quests
Happiness, Food, Hydration, and Breeding Meters
Creature Age/When generated into site
A way to “summon” creatures aka generate randomly by set rarity with items.
A P2U shop/function to fund site and lrovide unique and rare pets/items.
Map implementation, ability to see locations and either click on map or a list of clickable links to access locations.
FAQ/Tutorial Area or Popup
Forum Area for users to communicate and hang out
Ideas (not necessary, but would improve user experience)
A submission area for players/users to submit ideas to the site, including creatures and items
Mini-game interface, example: 2D animated games like flappy bird. Could be used to increase sprite happiness or growth or other functions.
Clans/Groups/teams/etc. For users to join and compete against each other
Pixel sprite interface, similar to pokemon. The image when on a profile shows a pixel version and when you click on the pixel sprite, will take you to a full size version of the sprite.
Dress-up or accessories and items for sprites
Ability to create a human sprite “handler” or “trainer” that's customizable and can be used as your profile.
An option for users to submit “unique” creatures they have drawn that can be added to the site. These creatures will not be tradeable, killable, etc. if player would like to delete their submissions, they will need to contact support. These creatures will have a tag that labels them “Unique” or “Legendary” or something similar.
