Haha, this is a thoughtful question and one I've not seen on a forum for a while. My answer is generally that I'd love to go to the moon, or to any other planet for that matter, but I wouldn't be one of those guys volunteering to go on missions that mean you'd never return to Earth. That's not my kind of cup of tea! As long as I can set foot back on terra firma afterwards, I'm down for space travel!

I've been following up and keeping tabs on what Elon Musk have been doing with his SpaceX project. There might be a breakthrough sooner than we know it.

I wish I had such an exciting journey. I believe that lots of people would be thrilled to have an opportunity to travel to the Moon. What I can think of is the possibility to walk on the Moon, and admire the earth from space and feel being in space.
