If you could create a new holiday, what would it be?

I’d love to see a brand new holiday called “Lovers Appreciation Day” if I was given the opportunity. Lovers would gather on this day, with the intent of celebrating one another and citing all the good things their partners has done for them. There would be conversations about everything in terms of showing appreciation.
