Does it feel awkward for you when you're trying to workout at the gym but someone is fully focused staring at out..? It can be a man or woman doing doing it because both men and women can be into you at the same time.

How do you deal with people staring at you in the gym?

I stare back at them and not leave their eyes. I do that in order to understand what their aim is. If they want to have my number, they should come closer and ask for it.

Yup just like i would say lol. people just love to stare

Yeah just don't go to those types of Gyms lol... There are many local gyms that are there for the community and not for the looks.

It's not acceptable and the staff should be notified. You can't have perverts at a gym or people giving dirty looks. Anyway, there could be reasonable reasons why don't like you; for instance, you might smell, but let's assume, you've done nothing wrong.

And I don't like gyms because I feel awkward there and there's always an occasional psycho and they make certain others uncomfortable.

And I like to workout in a secluded part of the gym when possible.

Some people might have a disability and can't help it. It would be sad to see them having a hard time in gyms from narrow-minded people.

Funny enough, I have to ignore it completely and concentrate on my exercise. I always assume if someone will look at me, that is his problem, not mine. I go there to make sure I get better in terms of my health and my shape and not otherwise. I won't be discouraged by what people are saying.

If it was a lady I might not mind it, but it's still inappropriate. It's like that situation where I was working fast food and I was obviously being sexually harassed by a female manager, but you know, guys react different to it.

I sometimes can be very dumb when it comes to noticing people around me when I am exercising; Then again, if I see someone staring at me, then I try my best to pretend that I have not noticed the person staring and just go on with my training.
