Have you ever got mad while gaming and broke any controllers?

I use to get really mad when I was younger. I've done it playing NHL. I haven't broke any controllers in years, or got mad at video games.

I've tossed/thrown my fair share of controllers, but thankfully none have broken.

I've broken a few but not by throwing. I tend to drop my controllers a lot for some reason lol.

Yeah, it happened to me two years ago and it happened during an intense multiplayer match in Call of Duty. But now, I can manage my gaming rage effectively.

I used to get frustrated playing Mario Kart with friends. I remembered throwing my Wii Remote😂 . Now, I have learnt to take breaks when game gets heated.

I have never broken a console or my any gaming peripheral either in a bout of anger (because I lost the game) or by mistake (for instance dropping on the hard floor). I don't throw my things in anger.

Taking breaks really helps and I've also switched to using very cheap controllers especially for competitive games. Incase, I throw it again 🤣

I almost did when I was a kid, I kept getting mad at this jump I couldn't make in Spyro the Dragon, and I would slam my controller down on the floor. It did split open a little bit, but not bad enough where it could fall apart at any moment. :V

Yes, but not with a rage quit or anything.

I just dropped it off the couch too many times for it to handle.
