Do you still buy physical media?

Every once in a while I buy DVD and Blu-Ray movies. But as far as games go I always buy them digitally because I always trade them in if I have the disk. And as far as music goes. I have Amazon Music. I don't buy music either. How about you? Do you still buy physical media?

Probably I might get older video game consoles in the future. In that case, I would get physical copies of the game. For instance, the Wii and Wii U uses CD roms.

Anyway, the downside is they can get damaged if cared for carelessly and/or they get in the hands of children.

It's mostly Blu-Ray I still buy once in a while. When I can stream everything I wanted or go watch at the cinema, there isn't much need to keep buying heavily on DVDs and Blu-Ray.

I still buy physical Video Games but haven't bought a DVD in a very long time. I think i've only ever bought one Blu-Ray disc as well!

Blu-Ray is better than DVDs. It's why I prefer buying it more when I was into buying physical games. Right now, they don't matter so much for me to still spend on it.

Nope, I don't buy them anymore for video games because it's way too better and easy for me to get all my games on digital copies. As for movies and TV shows, I still buy them on Blue-Ray once in a while.

I prefer to have physical copies of games, I'll buy digital sometimes. Now with movies, I tend to just stream things, however if I really like a show/movie I will go out of my way to get a 4K UHD disc if it's available. That way I don't have to worry about streaming sites delisting shows/movies.

This is actually the only good advantage of buying physical copies over digital aspect of movies contents because you will always have access to it whenever you want.
Yeah, the advantage of buying physical copies is because of the access whenever you want them. When I was doing some house chores last weekend, I found some of the DVD that my father bought then in order to keep us busy. I tried one of them and it was my favourite song in it. I got access to a DVD of many years ago.

Your father must have kept the DVD disc in a very good condition in order for it to still be working because sometimes, when you don't properly take good care of it, it will start cracking whenever you're playing it.

My dad is a very strict and responsible man. He make sure that everything is kept in order and he hates disorderliness. I enjoyed the song and it didn't crack one bit.

I own physical media, but I don't buy it anymore. We have multiple streaming services and most of them have the type of shows and movies I want to watch. I sold all of my CDs in favor of music services like Spotify.
