I know that for someone who's working night shifts will most likely be a day sleeper because that's only when they will have chance to sleep as they work at night.

But for some reasons, there are some who doesn't work night shift but they're more of day sleeper than sleeping at night.

Are you a day or night sleeper?

I’m a night owl, but I don’t stay up all night. I usually go to sleep around 12am-3am, then I sleep until 11am or 12pm.
So, I’m a night sleeper. However, I used to be a day sleeper when I worked a night shift in the past.

I remembered when I am in school and our exams will be coming up, almost everybody will be comparing and contrasting their notebooks and doing some reading in the afternoon but I am always pressing my phone or sleeping. The reason is that I am a day sleeper, I sleep in the afternoon and stay awake at night for my reading and online studying.

If you worked night shift, there's no way in the world you wouldn't be a day sleeper. You simply can't wait to clock out of work and get home for you to sleep. No one can cheat sleep without getting caught up.

I am a night sleeper, I go to bed at 1 am and wake up about 9~10 am every morning. I never sleep later than 10 am but sometimes I wake up earlier like today I woke up at 7:30 am.

It's 12:02AM right now and I'm yet to sleep. Although, I have so many things to handle last night but it have been the same story over and over again for me.

Oh no, that's not good, rest is important for your overall health. Is there anything you can do to slow down?

I'm a night sleeper. I don't and can't sleep in the morning. I have to get to work in the morning, it's never going to work for me to sleep in in the morning unless it's when I'm on off duty.

At the moment I have become more of a day sleeper as the nights are quiet, which I prefer, but I do want to get my sleep schedule fixed at some point, lol.

I tend to be able to focus more on work and other tasks during the night when it is quiet and there are fewer chances of being disturbed in some way and fewer distractions.

Due to me working more on a night, I will admit that I am more of a day sleeper if I feel I need more sleep.
