Sometimes I feel like my job and life are grinding me to a pulp. Anybody got any tips of how to manage stress?
There are different ways to manage stress, just find the one that works for you. Some people manage stress by eating, having fun, seeing a movie or better still meditating and doing yoga exercises. Some can relax and have some sleep.
I can say that sleeping is the first way to manage our stress even though some people won't agree to that. Sleeping for just 4 hours and then staying awake for much longer time will rather make the stress to become worse.I manage stress by having a sound sleep. It has always worked very well for me as each time that I am awake from sleeping, I feel much better and focused.

Always go home and do something that brings you joy, I like to zone out to some anime or video games myself.
Smoke Herbal medicine! lol It works!! But seriously, yeah, that and some gentle meditation music does it for me
Sleeping for 6 or 7 hours is the best hours to have some sleep. Insufficient sleep can cause insomnia, too much headache and lack of concentration when thinking.So, what do you suggest in that type of situation? To sleep for 7 hours or more? Maybe that can bring a better solution to stress management.
