Meditation alongside exercise serve as the main techniques I use to manage stress. Engaging in physical exercise through workout has helped me to deal with tension and stress.

I manage stress by having a sound sleep. It has always worked very well for me as each time that I am awake from sleeping, I feel much better and focused.

I can say that sleeping is the first way to manage our stress even though some people won't agree to that. Sleeping for just 4 hours and then staying awake for much longer time will rather make the stress to become worse.
