Would you consider yourself more of a night owl or an early bird? Personally, I’m definitely a night owl—I’m used to staying up pretty late and waking up late. Early mornings just aren’t my thing anymore; they leave me feeling grumpy and out of sorts. So, I tend to sleep late in the morning and stay up late.

What about you? Are you someone who thrives in the early hours, or do you prefer the quiet of the night?

When I was younger I was definitely a night owl. I would stay up super late, sometimes until the sun came up. That changed once I got a job at Walmart though, since I worked weird hours and had to work some mornings. Now I'm more of a morning person.

Me too, I’m definitely a night owl. Ever since my childhood I had better concentration and worked better at night or rather during evening hours. Frankly speaking, I don’t like mornings as a part of the day most of the time I feel sleepy in the morning instead of being fresh. A cup of coffee and a quiet night is all I need to be happy.

I think I am a night owl for sure. There is no way I can easily wake by up early for no reason .

I can stay awake till 3 AM or something...I did that before... while reading interesting novels -_-"

It would have been easy for me if I didn't have a little daughter to take care of. Everything about me had to change when she came on board.

Oh that's really cool ^^
You are right... We change ourselves for the loved ones. When I visit my mom... She makes sure that I sleep by 10 PM everyday xD
Even me, I used to be a night person, but kids changed that as well! Now that I'm an early bird, it's been simply trying to have a functioning schedule to work with theirs.

Definitely a night owl, ever since I was a teenager! I have tried many, many, many times to adjust my sleep schedule, but I have learned that my circadian rhythm is naturally set to a later time than a lot of people. I have learned that night owls are a natural evolution among humans, as we needed members to stay up late to watch for enemies, and yet we have developed a world that is primarily diurnal.

I rarely wake up before noon, but luckily I can pick up afternoon/evening shifts that other folks don't care for!
