I like using TikTok to watch funny videos, they’re always entertaining, but I wouldn’t really call it one of my main hangouts. I tend to spend more time on social apps like Threads, Bluesky, and Twitter, along with forums.

Youtube’s shorts are also quite entertaining.🤣
 
I am fairly active on TikTok, and I can now observe that it has turned into a platform famous for people of all ages. The app is highly engaging because of the short-form videos.i jjust spend time laughing out loud watching funny videos on the platform.

That’s exactly one of the main reasons why I use Tiktok. There are a lot of funny videos on there.

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t laugh while watching videos on Tiktok.🤣
 
I use Tiktok mainly to run ad campaigns, I do not use it for consuming content. For short videos I prefer Instagram or Youtube shorts

That's the same thing here, mate. I can just come online on Tiktok just to unwind and laughter some funny videos that have been uploaded by users there.

The biggest turn off I had with using Tiktok when it started being popular was with all that crazy challenge videos. A lot of people got themselves hurt and the unfortunate ones died while at it.

There are times when I lost count of times watching those funny videos. The other type of video that I watch is the dancing videos. I enjoy watching people dance, and watching those videos is a way for me to relax.

I use the tiktok extensively sometimes to explore new content creators and play videos repeatedly. In my opinion, tiktok is a brilliant platform that allow different people to display their talent no matter the type of skills they have.

There are a lot of talented people that can dance on Tiktok. I've seen a wide variety of videos where some are busting some great dance movies. What was the best dance video that you've ever watched?

Are there any funny videos that you like watching? I like prank videos the most and comedy videos.

I tried Tiktok ads when I was running a dropshipping store. They converted well and I managed to get a good ROI. In my experience, your ads will convert better if your ad looks like a normal content rather than an ad.

Do you know why it's that way? It's because normally people hate ads. I'm sorry to say this but it's true. When you provide them an ad in form of a normal content, they appreciate it more.

I have no issues with Tiktok being a good platform for exploring new content creators. As far as I am concerned, it is a very good platform to relax and unwind, just like you mentioned, but it is not a "meat for everyone ".

Tiktok is also known for its affiliate system. A lot of users tend to push products on there, so any type of ad that looks like a product will more than likely do well. It also explains why @Nomad’s ad worked out so well. It was a product.

A lot of creators make videos based upon influencing a product and they make more money doing so than actual views & other means.

It’s a huge money maker for Tiktok creators.

The commission system is a vital part of their system. I also think that Tiktok pushes these type of videos more so than other content as it also makes their platform more money as they get paid a based percentage as well.

Users do hate ads, but it’s a way of live for every single platform, however, more platforms could introduce subscription based systems to lower the dependency of their advertisements aspect. Especially if users wouldn’t like to see ads so much.
